tips for lean physique

What kind of workouts do you recommend
you need to target all muscles 2-3x a week and from there you can decide how you wanna structure it, you can do upper lower split or anything else depending upon how often you wanna be inside the gym.

honestly if ur new id just do some bullshit like ppl and focus on form and shi.

if you want a better frame you need to target all 3 heads of the shoulder, lats and chest but you shouldnt neglect other areas of the body just because.
