cut use reta , bulk 300 kcal surplus , 4-6 reps 2 sets , mostly to failure , train everything atleast 2 times a week thats the basics

Bulk by dirty bulking eat every shit what you want

Cut by eating only meat

Take breaks as long your muscle feel sore and do legs only every 2 to 3 weeks

Do 6-9 reps 2 sets of exercise

1. Choose an exercise you enjoy for each muscle / muscle group
2. Run a split you enjoy (each muscle should get worked at least 2x/week)
3. Train to failure
4. Eat enough protein ~1G/LBS LBW
5. Have some carbs before your workout
6. Dont fall into the split rabbit hole and look for the "perfect one". Choose one and stick to it.
7. BE CONSISTENT

Just take a rest day or train to 1-2 RIR for a week if you need a break from training to failure. But the human body isnt all that weak. It can handle a lot. There isnt a specific amount of protein you need, you dont need to cycle being fat and suffering on a diet to build muscle, you dont need the special stretch BS, you dont need any of that to build muscle at an optimal peak rate. You just need intensity and exercises you enjoy enough that you can stay consistent with.
