im planning on eating like 300 cals per day for some time just to lose some chubbiness before summer. The problem is i get easily irritated when i dont eat and how do i fight the hunger? :feelswah:

300kcal a day is crazy, just do fasting at this point it will be better for your body than this extreme low kcal bullshit

Then just nic, energy drinks, coffee and lots of water, but I’d recommend just being in a deficit since you’re not going to have any energy otherwise and faint every hour
