im planning on eating like 300 cals per day for some time just to lose some chubbiness before summer. The problem is i get easily irritated when i dont eat and how do i fight the hunger? :feelswah:

300kcal a day is crazy, just do fasting at this point it will be better for your body than this extreme low kcal bullshit

Then just nic, energy drinks, coffee and lots of water, but I’d recommend just being in a deficit since you’re not going to have any energy otherwise and faint every hour

yeah i changed to 800 after like 2 weeks of 300 since its basically impossible for my parents not to notice and its fucking hard

Search up "snake diet snake juice recipe", it's basically an electrolyte drink that is meant to make fasting easier. In the new recipe Cole also adds sugar to it, so you could add some kind of artificial flavoring and ~100g of pure white sugar to keep your energy levels up.
Also:
  • Coffee
  • 50k+ steps a day, literally spend the entire day walking while listening to audiobooks and drinking SNAKE JUICE
  • Cigarettes if you're of age
  • 1 big zero calorie salad a day so you don't completely ruin your gut
I guess you can push it to a week or more this way
