Any orthodontist? Thinking mout gettin a palate expander and maybe braces. Maybe lefort 3 in the future aswell. But are you saying there is absolutely nothing I can do rn

You need to lower your body fat percentage because you have no details or definition in your face. This is achieved through energy / kilocalorie deficit. You should probably only do this after you turn 18 because your body might still be developing. For now, just eat at maintenance or a small surplus of 200 kilocalories above maintenance while bodybuilding style training.

its technical terms and no urs is unideal it should be around 120 to 130 degrees im men and yours is higher . u cant do much naturally and its surgeries mostly.
