so ive got a clicking sound on my right ear (no pain involved) and when i yawn or open my mouth wide open my jaw goes slightly to the left does anyone know if i need surgery or just adjustment/invisalign

already went to check it out, jaw isnt asymmetric just tmj/tmd do you recommend braces or invisalign or just therapy
