For anyone with TMJ, I highly recommend hopping on a neck training and stretching program, it helped me a ton with my clicking and improved it.
Fixing neck posture is also mad helpful in mewing and in combat sports as well. Also sleep with NO pillows and if you sleep on the side, do it on the less flat side of your face
