Actually this applies to your parents and ancestors only, they pass the dna. MAYBE if you started eating like that at a very young age or your mother ate like that when you where in the womb it might influence facial bone formation and growth.

This is actually pretty similar to what I'm doing lol. HIIT + Crossfit + Gym + intermittent fasting+ keto diet + sleeping atleast 7 hours a day.
 
I don't mew though. I got a naturally good jawline lol
