Hello guys, another post from me. Because my palate is wide at the back measuring 5.5 cm, which is at the upper limit of average but much narrower at the lateral incisors, canines, and premolars (teeth 2, 3, and 4), I'm getting braces put on.
Originally, it was supposed to be a Damon type appliance, but after doing some research (which I’ll publish in a few days), the Pitts 21 protocol is a significantly better choice and from what I can tell, not just for the development of teeth 2, 3, and 4.
I'm attaching a photo of my palate, scan of my skill and I'll be back in a few days with an update on the braces and the research that puts Pitts 21 way ahead of Damon-style appliances
