Good luck bro, but if one of the 20 surgeries that you’re planning on doing later is jaw surgery then you should probably have let the rhinoplasty for later.

Because advancing the maxilla almost always makes the nose a little wider

I am at home now, I still have the silicone split pin and the splint in my nose.
It didint hurt at all. my doctor is a top surgeon. I cant see my nose other than the tip of it but I can already see that its smaller and not that big.
of course the nose is still swollen and will look different when I recover.
I will post pictures if all the stuff is removed.

I am feeling very well, I had rhinoplasty/Septumplastic 11 days ago. I still have 1 week vacation till shitty work starts.
The only thing Im doing is playing old games and browsing this forum ngl.
my nose is still very swollen, you can see the different color in in the picture (compare my nose color to my skin color). its faaaaaar apart from the final result.
I cant even tell the final result. 3 days ago when I had the gypsum taken my nose looked very differently. I was a bit disappointed. now it looks much smaller and better. I was so stupid so jump on conclusion. the doctor even said himself that I will be very happy.
today I removed the patch and I could take a look at my nose.
he mainly made the nose even, made the noser shorter, corrected the nasal septum, made the point of the nose smaller.
as far as I can tell it he didint touch the nostrils, my nostrils are very thick but he said it could be done theoretically but its dangerous. Then I decided that he doesnt need to touch the nostrils. Maybe after a bimax in 2 years Im gonna do secondary nosejob with change on nostrils.
from the front you cant see much difference on the first glance because my nose is swollen but from the side the difference is huge.
Yeah, I censored my shitty recedding hairline, the humiliation is just too much. sorry guys. but therefore you can take a look at my gingerbeard and my autistic censoring.
I know Im still a utter subhuman but I am closer to looking like a normal human now. I dont care if I never become chad, For me looking like normal human being would be enough. for the first day in my life full of darkness I see hope. Never in my life was I that happy. Not gonna lie. You cant imagine how happy I am even if the only the "nose".
btw. you have to keep in mind that my skin is very thick according to the surgoen. so I will never get a dainty model-like nose. I think that the made the best length possible.
