★ TONGUE TO ROOF HOLD ★
Place the tip of your tongue behind your upper front teeth not touching them
Press the whole tongue against the roof of the mouth
Hold for 5 to 10 seconds
Repeat 10 times

> Builds strength and correct tongue posture
> Helps with clear S and T sounds


If you have braces use less pressure if your front teeth are sensitive




★ TONGUE STRETCH UP AND DOWN ★
Stick out your tongue and try to touch your nose
Then try to touch your chin
Hold each position for 5 seconds
Repeat 5 times

> Improves flexibility
> Makes pronunciation cleaner





★ PUSH AGAINST RESISTANCE ★
Push your tongue tip against a clean spoon or finger
Hold for 5 seconds
Repeat 5 to 10 times

> Builds tongue strength fast
