Bought 3 month supply of topical minoxidil before realizing I could get the oral pills. How much topical minox should I take daily orally, do I need to take it with a meal/ what time for best effectiveness and least gut irritancy?
I know topical orally is not ideal but already paid for and will only be using until supply is depleted.
