traditional braces vs damon braces

i have tradition (train track) braces at the age of 14

and im wondering whether it will effect the growth of my palatte.

will they're be a difference on palatte if i use damon braces vs traditional braces during puberty.

will it make a major difference? ive litterly asked for damon but she INSISTED on giving me traditional but i dont want to argue.

I think it’s a pretty big of a difference cuz with traditional braces they’ll use elastic bands and you need to put them on and it kinda makes you recessed and with Damon braces that’s not the case
