? It's almost impossible to make sure you eat that little over maintenance. Nutrition labels are up to 20% inaccurate, BMR varies by a few percent from person to person and it doesn't take into account daily activities
100kcal is NOTHING, that's 20 minutes of walking time

Abs are still a muscle and all muscle need to be built. Yes you will only see you abs at a lower body fat but same could be said for most muscles.idk if its bait
