The best way I can describe trenebolone is making a deal with the devil. Its results are phenomenal but at the potential cost of your health and maybe more.

It has gained in popularity due to its insane recomposition. And further popularized and brought to more public attention by Olympians and big ‘fitness’ influencers like Zyzz. Tren has however come under great scrutiny due to its serious health risks. However I believe that its benefits can vastly overshadow its negatives if done correctly.

Before I start I’d liked to preface that tren should be used by more experienced roiders not newbies. If you haven’t even done your first cycle and are thinking about tren you’re retarded and you’ll probably end up getting yourself killed with it. If you are a newbie think of this as more informing you about tren for the future.



How it works

Trenbolone is a AAS steroid that works by entering through the muscle cells cell membrane, and binding to an androgen receptor. Then translocating into the nucleus and binding to an androgen response element. Which leads to a higher rate of protein synthesis due to the enhanced transcription of specific genes, which inevitably leads to more muscle growth.

This is the primary genomic pathway for muscle growth from tren, however research also shows tren has other indirect pathways to improve muscle growth. Some of these are higher IGF-1 levels, lower cortisol, improved nutrient efficiency and many more.



Why you should use it
The main reason to use tren is it approximately 5 times more potent than test. Due to its anabolic/androgenic ratio of 500:500 compared to testosterone's 100:100 in animal studies (potentially it could be weaker in humans though).

Due to this you can expect to see some insane muscle gains.

There are many anecdotes of people seeing upwards of 10 lb of muscle growth in there tren cycle (though they are usually bulking so keep in mind you probably won’t make as much gains if you’re cutting).

This means you HAVE to use RU 58841 to stop this, because Dutasteride and fin will have little effect on this. However if you take the right precautions tren can be quite hair safe.

Due to it being highly androgenic, skin aging is a possibility. Topical RU 58841 and another AA like CB-03-01 should be used to reduce aging on tren.

Gyno is a potential side effect on tren, due to higher levels of prolactin. However this can be easily countered with pyridoxal-5-phosphate (p5p) or something that reduces prolactin.


Neurotoxicity is also being reported. However this is mostly due to tren fucking up your sleep schedule. However this is quite easy to fix by using melatonin and SR9009.

Tren cough is also reported, however generally this can be helped by by using lower doses and not injecting acetate.

This tren is also more potent. Being around 1.23 times more potent than Ethanate.

However the cons are that it requires more pinning, as well as having less stable blood levels. It has also been shown to be more likely to cause tren cough.

Dosage/ length of cycle

Like in every drug you should start low around 50-75% of your ideal goal then titrate up if you see no side effects. Obviously if you experience any side effects lower the dose.

Generally the ideal dose for Trenbolone is 150-200 mg for Ethanate per week (split this into twice a week injecting), and 10-20 mg of Acetate every day. Obviously it can change depending on your goal, caloric restriction, length of cycle on tren etc but these are good guidelines.

You should also only cycle tren for around 4-6 weeks.

What other roids/ should you use to get the best effect

You should always have a test base when using tren. I’d recommend test P, do 50-80 mg of test P per day. I found this test ester to be the most effective but you can use test C if you’d like.

You should also use a strong GLP-1 like semaglutide/ ozempic or Tirzepatide. Use about 10-15 mg a week for tirz, and 1-2 mg per week for ozempic. This way you can cut effortlessly and you don’t need to endure the agony of dieting. Obviously titrate the doses up and stop if you have any side effects. And make sure you’re in a heavy deficit (500-1000 kcal deficit)

Finally you should use HGH around 3-6 IU as your in a cut. This is because the HGH will promotes fat utilization for energy, and increases fat cell breakdown. In addition it also helps with sleep, which is a main part of trens neurotoxicity (obviously it isn’t a replacement melatonin but rather a decent bonus from HGH).

What supplements and peptides should you take as precautions

NAC should be taken due to its organ protection effects. You should take 600-1200 mg a day. And take it during the cycle and 1-2 weeks after.

TUDCA should be used for liver protection. You should take 500-1500 mg. And take it during the cycle and 1-2 weeks after.

Omega 3 should be taken during the cycle for its anti inflammatory properties. You should take around 1000mg a day.

Ciallis should be taken for its weak Antihypertensive properties. But mostly how it reduces ED. You should take 5 mg everyday.

If you need a stronger Antihypertensive take Azilsartan. You should take 40-80 mg a day.

Melatonin should be taken to aid in sleep to prevent any neurotoxicity. You should take 100 mg .

SR9009 should be taken for its sleep aid and cholesterol. You should take 10-40 mg everyday.

Dutasteride should be used (obviously it’s water). As Dutasteride should be used in every cycle (and everyday life) to protect your hair. Take 2.5 mg everyday.

Accutane (low dose only) should be taken to help with collagen and acne prevention. Even though it is liver toxic I would still recommend as it’s very effective combatant to trens aging and skin effects. Take 5-20 mg every day.

RU 508841 for skin and hair. Make your own topical solution as the ones online aren’t very trustworthy.

Another AA for hair and skin. As said in the previous paragraph make it yourself.

GHK-cu to preserve collagen. Use both injectable and topical. Again for topical make it yourself. Take 2-5 mg everyday for injections.

P5P to stop the prolactin side effects. Take 100 mg.

DON’T drink or smoke or do ❄️ or do any recreational drugs. You could fucking die if you do them on tren, definitely not worth the risk.



Conclusion

Tren is an insanely useful tool, for veterans roiders.

However you need to weigh up if the pro truly outweigh the health cons, if it would be worth using.

8-10 weeks is a bit long imo, 4-6 weeks is good enough imo. Use a test base and do supplements as well. And cut significantly with a glp-1 antagonist

8-10 weeks is a bit long imo, 4-6 weeks is good enough imo. Use a test base and do supplements as well. And cut significantly with a glp-1 antagonist

Intro

The best way I can describe trenebolone is making a deal with the devil. Its results are phenomenal but at the potential cost of your health and maybe more.

It has gained in popularity due to its insane recomposition. And further popularized and brought to more public attention by Olympians and big ‘fitness’ influencers like Zyzz. Tren has however come under great scrutiny due to its serious health risks. However I believe that its benefits can vastly overshadow its negatives if done correctly.

Before I start I’d liked to preface that tren should be used by more experienced roiders not newbies. If you haven’t even done your first cycle and are thinking about tren you’re retarded and you’ll probably end up getting yourself killed with it. If you are a newbie think of this as more informing you about tren for the future.



How it works

Trenbolone is a AAS steroid that works by entering through the muscle cells cell membrane, and binding to an androgen receptor. Then translocating into the nucleus and binding to an androgen response element. Which leads to a higher rate of protein synthesis due to the enhanced transcription of specific genes, which inevitably leads to more muscle growth.

This is the primary genomic pathway for muscle growth from tren, however research also shows tren has other indirect pathways to improve muscle growth. Some of these are higher IGF-1 levels, lower cortisol, improved nutrient efficiency and many more.



Why you should use it
The main reason to use tren is it approximately 5 times more potent than test. Due to its anabolic/androgenic ratio of 500:500 compared to testosterone's 100:100 in animal studies (potentially it could be weaker in humans though).

Due to this you can expect to see some insane muscle gains.

There are many anecdotes of people seeing upwards of 10 lb of muscle growth in there tren cycle (though they are usually bulking so keep in mind you probably won’t make as much gains if you’re cutting).

In addition tren is also one of the most anti-catabolic roid in existence. This is due to tren decreasing glucocorticoid receptor (GR) through multiple pathways. The main pathway being through downregulating GR mRNA and protein expression, whilst also binding weakly to the GR.

Being anti catabolic means that when you’re in a caloric deficit you minimize the amount of muscle lost.

The combination of high anabolic potency and strong anti-catabolic effects are the main reason why tren is so great for recomposition, this is because it actually allows you to lose a shit ton of fat, whilst gaining muscle simultaneously.

Those were the best benefits of tren but there are some smaller but noteworthy ones, that are worth talking about.

You get little to no bloat from tren. This is because it is a MCR antgonism. This means it antagonizes aldosterone receptors which are a reason why test bloats you. In addition tren doesn’t aromatase this means you won’t have any estrogen bloat from tren.


Tren also has been shown to upregulate your igf 1 receptors. This is because it is making your satellite cells more responsive to IGF-1


Reduces free cortisol, by suppressing the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal, by binding to GR’s, and Increased Cortisol-Binding Globulin.


It increases insulin sensitivity, which is a reason why it’s so anabolic. This means it reduces the negatives of having carbs whist cutting.

It makes you horny asf. Though this hasn’t been scientifically proven there are 100’s of anecdotes of people when they’re on tren having insane sex drive.

Tren also improves nutrient partitioning. This means more of what you eat goes into lean muscle mass instead of fat.


Tren also raises your base metabolic rate quite significantly. This through increasing oxygen consumption and energy expenditure.



Negatives

Tren can cause severe kidney damage. Due to many factors including direct cellular damage, increased blood pressure, and metabolic strain


Trenbolone is hepatoxic to the liver, this means it can potentially cause severe liver damage. This is because it puts high amounts of strain on the livers capability to clear toxins.


However both liver and kidney damage can be reduced by using lower doses of tren, as well as using some supplements I suggest later.

Tren can cause cardiovascular damage/ strain because it will increase your blood pressure.


Tren has been linked to hair loss due to the fact it is a very strong androgen. It doesn’t convert to DHT like test does but instead acts like DHT. This means you HAVE to use RU 58841 to stop this, because Dutasteride and fin will have little effect on this. However if you take the right precautions tren can be quite hair safe.

Due to it being highly androgenic, skin aging is a possibility. Topical RU 58841 and another AA like CB-03-01 should be used to reduce aging on tren.

Gyno is a potential side effect on tren, due to higher levels of prolactin. However this can be easily countered with pyridoxal-5-phosphate (p5p) or something that reduces prolactin.


Neurotoxicity is also being reported. However this is mostly due to tren fucking up your sleep schedule. However this is quite easy to fix by using melatonin and SR9009.

Tren cough is also reported, however generally this can be helped by by using lower doses and not injecting acetate.

Sexual dysfunction is also reported




How you should use it

What situation should you take it?

Trenbolone is best used in cuts/ heavy caloric deficiency. This is due to its incredible anti- catabolic nature. Due to its high risk profile I wouldn’t recommend taking it in any other circumstance and for any longer than 4-6 weeks.

Different types

Credit for @imontheloose telling me some info about the different types of esters

There are 2 main types of tren:

Acetate (A) and Ethanate (E)

Acetate

This tren has a half life of around 1-2 days. This means you have to inject it more frequently (once everyday or every other day). Some pros of this are that it’s faster acting and kicks in quicker and need less time to saturate. As well as being able to stop the cycle sooner if you have negative reactions to tren. This tren is also more potent. Being around 1.23 times more potent than Ethanate.

However the cons are that it requires more pinning, as well as having less stable blood levels. It has also been shown to be more likely to cause tren cough.

Ethanate

This tren has a longer half-life of 5-7 days. This means you only need to inject it twice a week. Some pros are fewer injections and smoother release, as well as more stable blood levels. Some cons are it’s harder to stop quickly and it takes longer to saturate in the blood. As well as being less potent than Acetate.

Dosage/ length of cycle

Like in every drug you should start low around 50-75% of your ideal goal then titrate up if you see no side effects. Obviously if you experience any side effects lower the dose.

Generally the ideal dose for Trenbolone is 150-200 mg for Ethanate per week (split this into twice a week injecting), and 10-20 mg of Acetate every day. Obviously it can change depending on your goal, caloric restriction, length of cycle on tren etc but these are good guidelines.

You should also only cycle tren for around 4-6 weeks.

What other roids/ should you use to get the best effect

You should always have a test base when using tren. I’d recommend test P, do 50-80 mg of test P per day. I found this test ester to be the most effective but you can use test C if you’d like.

You should also use a strong GLP-1 like semaglutide/ ozempic or Tirzepatide. Use about 10-15 mg a week for tirz, and 1-2 mg per week for ozempic. This way you can cut effortlessly and you don’t need to endure the agony of dieting. Obviously titrate the doses up and stop if you have any side effects. And make sure you’re in a heavy deficit (500-1000 kcal deficit)

Finally you should use HGH around 3-6 IU as your in a cut. This is because the HGH will promotes fat utilization for energy, and increases fat cell breakdown. In addition it also helps with sleep, which is a main part of trens neurotoxicity (obviously it isn’t a replacement melatonin but rather a decent bonus from HGH).

What supplements and peptides should you take as precautions

NAC should be taken due to its organ protection effects. You should take 600-1200 mg a day. And take it during the cycle and 1-2 weeks after.

TUDCA should be used for liver protection. You should take 500-1500 mg. And take it during the cycle and 1-2 weeks after.

Omega 3 should be taken during the cycle for its anti inflammatory properties. You should take around 1000mg a day.

Ciallis should be taken for its weak Antihypertensive properties. But mostly how it reduces ED. You should take 5 mg everyday.

If you need a stronger Antihypertensive take Azilsartan. You should take 40-80 mg a day.

Melatonin should be taken to aid in sleep to prevent any neurotoxicity. You should take 100 mg .

SR9009 should be taken for its sleep aid and cholesterol. You should take 10-40 mg everyday.

Dutasteride should be used (obviously it’s water). As Dutasteride should be used in every cycle (and everyday life) to protect your hair. Take 2.5 mg everyday.

Accutane (low dose only) should be taken to help with collagen and acne prevention. Even though it is liver toxic I would still recommend as it’s very effective combatant to trens aging and skin effects. Take 5-20 mg every day.

RU 508841 for skin and hair. Make your own topical solution as the ones online aren’t very trustworthy.

Another AA for hair and skin. As said in the previous paragraph make it yourself.

GHK-cu to preserve collagen. Use both injectable and topical. Again for topical make it yourself. Take 2-5 mg everyday for injections.

P5P to stop the prolactin side effects. Take 100 mg.

DON’T drink or smoke or do ❄️ or do any recreational drugs. You could fucking die if you do them on tren, definitely not worth the risk.



Conclusion

Tren is an insanely useful tool, for veterans roiders.

However you need to weigh up if the pro truly outweigh the health cons, if it would be worth using.

Like I said at the start tren is like making a deal with the devil.

i feel like a lot of it depends on how young you are. if you are 17-18 you have a couple years tk spend roidmaxxing with safer stuff (from a skin and hair perspective too) like anavar, turinabol, eq if u can donate blood to keep rbc down and primo if you can keep hair in check using ru54881 while having enough money tk run it at a actually high dose so its actually doing something. even stuff like rad140 and lgd combined with a low dose of say 300mg test with dialled in diet and training will make really good gains

tren is amazing but has mkre tradeoffs that cant really be dealt w long term. if you desperately need to ascend quickly i understand why to use it or if you have subhuman muscle building genes maybe these lighter aas wont even be effective enough

4-6 weeks is not ideal espexially using tren e and enanthate should be avoided at all costs cuz when you get sides that are too much it will still be in your system long enough
only use tren a anywhere from 150-400mg per week alongside NAC , fish oil and telmisartan and also drink lots of water 6-10 weeks alongside 200mg test e per week
