its a low dose + topical which i already use.

Don't do that will cause irritation and purging but at lower doses of accutane may be manageable. Do not recommend it tho

No point probably will just cause more irritation. Tret already hits all 3 retinoid receptors so adding adaplane won't have much benefit.

Y it would cause purging but for short period of time, if i'd take 10mg like 3 times a week for bacne and use keep using taz every day would it be fine?
