would u suggest to take it overnight when im sleeping or schould it to be at day

use it in the evening, wait like 30 mins then you moisturize then you can go sleep, dont use it like in the morning etc since it makes you extra sensitive to sunlight (it still does even if you do it in the PM but moreso like if you do it in the morning it will just make it even worse)

Yeah cleansing is needed but not an actual cleanser, water is more than enough.
