Tretitoin requirements

I did a bit of research on tret and I heard a lot of people saying that you need to have severe acne to use it. I personally only have inflammation around the nose that bothers me, is it a good idea to use tret on my nose and the rest of my face?

tretinoin is not just for acne i think that everyone should be on tretinoin, start it

you don't need severe acne to use tretinoin whatsoever.
