Why aren’t more people on trifarotene? Obviously accutane mogs but for people that have acne on their body and aren’t using accutane - trifarotene works really well. Trifarotene is built to target only the RAR gamma receptors (Retinoic acid receptors) and has extremely good clinical evidence for body acne compared to other retinoids like taz, tret or adaplene. Trifarotene can also be easier to spread around the whole body without finishing in a week unlike small tret or taz tubes. Additionally people already on accutane can use trifarotene on the body while still using another retinoid on the face. Don’t reply with some stupid muh accutane shit because i already said accutane is better but it can be used together or if someone is not on accutane it can still be an effective topical treatment.
