Trimax CCW + Wraparound jaw implant will make me chadlite/chad?

What do you guys think? Ik my eyes are shit but I have a good colour and bimax should ascend them a bit anyways, might give them a neutral tilt since I have no under eye support, if that doesn’t work I’ll get infraorbital implants, but those are the only 3 major surgeries I’ll consider. I already look pretty masculine despite having no bones

How old are you? I think your palate could be wider. You could use MSE, or SARPE with afterward Zygo implants because your wider palate will make it harder to have hollow cheek look, with MSE your cheekbones can maybe get slightly wider aswell.

No I cut all my hair off so I can regrow it so the facial hair is cope until I get long hair again. Old hair was damaged anyways so I’m regrowing and taking better care of it, I’ll be back to prettyboy looks in 4 months or so, also started taking vitamin c serum for my skin and a better skincare routine

Yeah I’ll see what my ortho says, if they think sarpe before bimax is a good idea then I’ll do that but I’m not too worried about my palate, it’s not subhuman, my dentist said it’s barely narrow

you could use MSE potentially, you have a narrow smile (not many teeth showing, I count 6 front teeth showing clearly ideally should be 8-10) and a narrow mouth indicating lack of alveolar support/narrow palate.

yes, i think you could do the MSE expansion and then do the braces afterwards aswell because after MSE you need to do braces anyways to close the tooth gap.

I’m def recessed, my chin is okay but cheeks are completely flat, and how would ccw not fix it? Not that I’m too worried about my midface tho, I just want to fix my rescession and get a wraparound implant, plus maybe infraoribitals

Bimax CCW makes philtrum shorter, never seen a case where it makes it longer, regular bimax maybe

I had a shit mother who never breast fed me and only fed me junk and let me stay inside doing nothing all day, that’s my best guess as to why I’m recessed, she also gave me weed everyday since my 15th birthday and I never started drinking water til I was 18, so excess caffeine and weed is probably pretty likely to stunt bone growth
