Do not overdo the roids bros, if you do decide to hop on gear. I've been on TRT @225mg Testosterone weekly (I know it's on the border between cycle and hormone replacement) and my strength has just been climbing up consistently week after week, and this is even after months of tren Dbol and fake Var.
Today was my pull Day. Was planning on doing 85lb weighted chinups for 5 reps but ended up doing 7 full ROM reps.
Yesterday was push day. On OHP I was planning on doing 150x5 and ended up doing 150x8.
Tbh 250 test should be everyone's cycle dose. Maybe throw in some var (only if it's not fake) and the gains will keep coming even after months and months. You just gotta train hard as fuck and be consistent.
