Heya friends, greycel here

The main purpose of this thread is to ask for help. I want you to gauge my potential and what to focus on short term and long term to ASCEND AND SLAY!

WHO AM I?


To make a long story short, I've had a botched LDAR lifestyle up until 4 years ago when I joined the military, got into shape a decent amount and almost ascended but then gained all the weight back plus depressions during COVID up until basically a month ago.

In general I used to be a subhuman chubby autist all my life before joining the service, maxing out at 115 KG, 179 CM. Then while getting fit and ready to serve I went down to about 85 Kilos, which was my lowest ever (and definitely changed my life). Learned to be very NT and fixed a lot of my social problem, even got laid multiple times (but never had a relationship)
For the most part I managed to hold about 90KG ( I have limited pictures of that time, no body pictures tho)

Anyway so about 3 weeks ago I decided to break out of my LDAR cycle again and to atleast lose some weight.
Started out at 111 KG in early october so far and spent the first week getting off sugar and dealing with the sugar withdrawal after eating and drinking almost only sugarry shit for months on end and learning to control the hunger.
Was eating about 1500kcal a day at that point, mostly fresh foods I bought every couple of days from my local butcher and grocery store.
Then I slowly reduced that to a constant 1k kcal a day up until yesterday when I started waterfasting.
Weighed myself at 104,3 today and feeling good, no hunger at all.


So a couple of days ago something happened in my brain and I had the desire to not just get thin again but ascend, to reach my maximum and to be the best person I can, and ofcourse to get a longterm partner to have lots of sex and life experiences with (preferably one that I mog)
I may be 27 years old but it's never too late and I am in a perfect position in life right now (Free time, good amount of money to NEET for a couple years)

I want to get some feedback from you guys on what areas to improve on, how best to do it and everything else follows from there I guess.

Goal is to ausschwitzmax down to 12% BF while doing mild workouts at home + swimming (and steambath afterwards) twice a week.
Ordered some BETA-CAROTENE and VOLUFILINE (for the eyes)

We're all gonna make it

Come back when you're lean. In the meantime, get some minoxidil or whatever hair treatment you want.

You need to add muscle. You’re very skinnyfat right now and it will take months to correct this so start now. Wtf are mild workouts? You need to be lifting with intensity if you don’t wanna look like shit. This will improve your face too.

Planks, pushups and 10KG weights just to not lose too much muscle while going down in weight.
To be fair I'm not posturing or posing at all, those are the worst possible pictures of me I couldve taken and they're good to set REALISTIC expectations on my looksmax journey.

Yeah my body is horrible and that's priority number 2, priority number 1 is to improve face through leanmaxxing + cosmetics

Personally I don't really want to be shredded or ripped, if I can get a reasonable figure while lean I'd be happy. I'm not really trying to fuck all the stacey in the world, my main goal is to just settle with a MTB minimum (and mog her).



By the way my hair has literally always been like this, people have told me I might be balding but even if I check pictures from 6 years ago I've had a similar hairline, might be exaggerated through lighting / lens / angle.

15% bodyfat or less, is the bare minimum a guys should have. otherwise you are to fat

Nah it's just right now my hair is unwashed and a bit oily wheres in the 2 year old selfie I went to the barber just before so he made it look more voluminous.
I mean you could be right at the end of the day I'd need to do a direct comparisson, might do one in a month or so once the face gets a bit leaner.

Finally broke 100KG, weighed myself in at 99.8 KG today, day 5 of my waterfast, lost 11KG now in a little bit over a month.
I think my ideal weight is somewhere between 80KG and 85 KG so I still have ways to go but damn already halfway there.
Hopefully once my refeeding is done next week I'll go to some real nice restaurant with a buddy and treat myself, the food is propably going to taste 10x better than normal.

Losing weight truly is easier than gaining (if you're willing to """suffer""")

UPDATE: I'm now basically done with my 7 day waterfast, it's been over 168 hours but I'm just finishing the entire sunday for progress.
today I weighed in at 98.2 so tomorrow I'll be breaking into 97 already, which is a loss of about 7 KG in a single week.
Will refeed the next two days and then slowly get back into solid foods, swimming twice a week and doing some workouts at home.
Maybe I'll even hit my goal of 85KG this year, who knows?

How tall are you? Your hormones visibly went to shit between the old pics and now
 
great base, nose is your only flaw, but your fat so dont do anything before you leanmaxx
 
You can get the lean but imo youre going at it way too fast

This water fast shit is extreme - take it slow nigga and do more cardio

ALso its a crime to become a fat fuck with that face. So many incels would kill to have that jaw
 
Update:
Been progressing pretty well so far, I know it has been a year but I had some delays and setbacks due to IRL.
Anyway, currently I'm at 84 KG pretty much, achieved the goal that I initially wanted (85kg) but I'm still nowhere near as leanmaxxed as I'd like to be so right now the next milestone is to get sub 80KG, propably around 78ish KG which shouldn't take me more than two months.
Don't think I've lost too much muscle since I slowed down the auschwitzmaxx and kept doing workouts at home + swimming.
Yes I know the hair is trash again I'm not frauding (none of this shit matters until I'm 12% anyway)

I don't know my current BF% and people said bones should pop at decent weight so either my angles are shit or my face is still giga bloated, not sure how much I can ascend still but I'll keep trying.

Hope you're all getting closer to your goals buddy boyos, we're all gonna make it.
