trying to get lean without gym

i cant workout because of health complications. cant lift at all like 0%. i can walk though.

can i get to 12% body fat with just walking and protein and calorie deficit

Even just walking you would at least need some sort of treadmill with an incline to have a significant decrease in body fat. diet alone probably wont do the trick

Zone 2 treadmill walking 2-3x a week & a moderate calorie deficit is definitely enough to get to 12%
 
Diet alone can most definitely do the trick, cardio just speeds it up
Yea, i was thinking it might just be pretty rough to go through, especially making an immediate change. Ive always been underweight so I dont really know what it feels like but id imagine its like starving yourself for the first bit

Yes do some walking and eat a slight calorie deficit, it may be slower, but it’s the healthiest way.

Even in such an extreme community, where people are willing to push their physical limits, health is wealth.
