should i be eating as little as possible (starvation) or should i just be doing one meal a day
 
dont starve urself if ur still in puberty

js be in a slight deficit and get a lotta protein in, u can have 1 big ass meal (healthy ofc), u shouldnt starve urself in puberty, u can work on ur weight later on too so dont cook urself in puberty

It's not about how many times you eat a day or starvation like retarded 12y.o. girls. Do a consistent calorie deficit of 1100 calories a day to lose about 4 kg a month which is the most you can do without it being fuck hard, count your calories brah. I lost 35 kg with ts

it’s easier to lose weight when you eat healthy you feel a lot more full and not like total shit or wired. Just my experience but it’s a lot better for you too
