Trying to look more like lil huddy, what surgery should I go for

This is my close up and side profile

My frontal just looks aspie and asymmetrical compared to his. Side profile isn’t the issue really here. I think I need to do a lower lid reduction and canthoplasty and use the Dowden appliance with the upgrades that I will put out soon. I spoke with a man involved in orthodontics recently and he thinks the Dowden appliance is the best option for CCW rotation (this is huge) hopefully I can make my midface more compact and forward grown, because I think that’s one of my issues here. Maybe it can fix asymmetry also. Lastly he has blue eyes but I can’t do anything about that.

The only thing I mog him at is his neck and maybe height.

I’m going to attempt to use the Dowden appliance and MSE. I’ve also developed a way to combine the two. Also losing bodyfat makes my jaw sharper, I was at 12 percent last year.

But I thought you can easily tell by looking at the eyes if someones sleepy or not?
