Hi,
My unironic endgame build is one of a really skinny twink. I've been leanmaxxing for about 2 months and have dropped from ~145lbs to 120lbs, which (considering the nonlinear progress of getting lean) is about 1/3rd of the way to my goal in terms of BF%. But I'd like to ask anyone who has this build currently, whats your BMI? With my current stats I'm put at about 17.8 BMI but I'm not at all satisfied with my appearance facially.
Of course BF% is all that matters in the end, but I find it hard to quantitively measure (bdd biases and generally everyone underestimates their bf%). BMI/weight in my opinion is a far more motivating and satisfying method of keeping track since there's a literal number on the line and it feels great to maintain or lower it.
I'd appreciate any experiences or tips I can get and I'm putting any nigger who joined in 2024 who tries talking sweet on my ignore list
