All facial definition gone by an increase of 9kg (20lbs)

9kg for a twink like this is ~14% body fat increase JFL. Even 3kg fat increase for a 63kg twink is like 5% body fat increase JFL.

Meh can get rid of that in 2 months tops tbh, but yeah decent amount. more like 1.5 months of dieting.
It's definitely not hard to lose with self-control (that many normies don't have) but it does make a noticeable difference.

I have similar tier jawline as Timothee Chalamet. But slightly more bonemass.
Face gets nuked when I store a little more water in my face or gain bf%

looks dead average to me. Even if i take off the moustache. Looked infinitely better before the gain.
I think the lighting and hairstyles alone don't make it a fair comparison.
He's still better looking than the average 30 year old.

Don’t think so tbh, anyone who gains fat goes from good looking to dead average or less.

Low asf tbh, timothee weights legit 120lbs there.
Damn so if you're young, say 18-20, u need to be having a sixpack without flexing or just skin and bones to have a lean face.

6 pack abs or it’s over. Foids treat leanness like a whole feature in of itself.

For me, 6-7kg is a difference between 0 face definition/bloat, to pretty much mogging everyone, being fairly LEAN is the only "LAW" of looksmaxing tbh

Legit, i’m 6-7kg up rn and dieting back down with GLP1. Went from getting approached in clubs all the time to me not wanting to go out.

Do you need such drugs (I understand something like ozempic) to shed that fat? I'm just off booze mostly, and stopped eating shitty carbohydrates (bread etc), mostly eating chicken breasts / steaks / eggs basically "low carb" and it's working like 3kg less of me after only 2,5 weeks / yeah it's crazy difference like when in my top form being like 77-78 kg is having actual pretty face (although not SUPER MEGA LEAN), and no bloated stomach (can wear my best t-shirts and stuff), when at the height of shitty looks - ~84-86 kg it's getting borderline "fat" and I lost like 80% of my appeal, it's crazy how 6-8kg is life or death difference

A lot of that 3kg is going to be water. Since carboHYDRATES retain water along with them. I use a GLP1 because I like to cut aggressive. That means 1200 calories for around 4-6 weeks tops. Means a 1500 calorie + daily deficit for me. I strength train daily and eat 180g protein as well. No carbs, rest fats. Works well to get done with cutting as soon as possible to I can get back to maintenance much after. Also daily progress mogs and is hella motivating. A GLP1 has no sides apart from nukes apatite (at least for me) so I can see no reason not to use. I’m not a fan of mike but this video he is correct imo.

Cool talk he gave, good video. You have pretty good plan ngl, must be great making all this progress & shedding fat at the same time, I have more of a relaxed approach it will take more time. I would hop on those pills but I think they only prescribe them for actual fatasses, not someone in good BMI range just looksmaxing I'm afraid xD

I was once on one particular antidepressant - EFFEXOR (Venlafaxine) and it nuked my appetite for like 2-3 months NO JOKE. Ofcourse later fucked it up like all them antidepressants so it made me gain weight, but at the first stage I lost 5-6kg with a shitty diet, and no gym whatsoever just no appetite... Kinda makes me wanna hop on it for even a month

In other thingsz

Why would I put effort in something when so can pop a pill and get the same result with no effort.
weight loss doesn't take a huge amount of effort. i don't see why you'd rely on a glp1 to lose 10lbs. though maybe the majority of people feel differently about fat loss.

because i do aggressive cut. i shed about 9kg fat in about 6 weeks on a 1500+ cal deficit a day (1200 cals a day consumed). I like the daily progress and getting it over and done with as quick as possible to get back to maintenge quicker.
that's great to hear. i don't think i could've done something like that lol. props

i've actually never cut more than 8lbs in my life (built like a twig) so maybe i need to research more haha

do you have any advice for taking a glp1 or weight loss? i'm planning to make a guide

i use glp1 short term. It’s a god tier apatite suppressant with sema having the best apatite suppression of the GLP1s.

It’s not hard to use, my advice is follow the recommended dosing for the respected drug. so for sema it’s 0.25mg for 4 weeks, 0.5mg for 4 weeks, 0.75mg for 4 weeks and so on until reaching 2.4mg i think? you can find it with a quick google. I just do 1mg a week since im only using short terms as i said, i dont intent to stay on as i can maintain easily myself, just getting there requires the effort, at least when done without glp1. Just inject and done. not much to it. Just gotta reconstitute with bac water is you get raw powder, that’s it.
alright thanks a lot.

also, what are your thoughts on reta or tirz?

what jfl? u think that because you get older water just accumulates in your face. jfl
just ran CTRL+F on my post

no mention of water was found
