Think about it. What are the things that evoke disgust on humans?
Not to mention this:
All of those things pose danger to human health and well being, so it makes sense that our bodies produce feelings of disgust as a mechanism of self defense.
But what about ugliness? It doesn’t do anything to us.
Why is the idea of making out with this girl disgusting to us? Her tongue is just a tongue, her saliva, just saliva. It doesn’t have any disease. If you just closed your eyes it would feel the same as an attractive girl’s mouth.
Because bad genetics pose a threat to your bloodline just like death. The idea of reproducing with such a subhuman makes us feel sick and disgusted.
TLDR: Looks = all
