NHS does not fund surgery for cosmetic purposes, but if they believe your quality of life is being severely impacted by some cosmetic imperfection you could get funding.

I know girls have been abusing this with crocodile tears to get free boob jobs and nose jobs on the NHS.

But have any of you guys tried this shit? Anyone know how it works?

true, similarly in Poland I go to a surgeon and he offered me bsso solo whereas I need small lefort movement or just nothing. They focus on correct bite, aesthetic doesnt matter for them
