Ultimate Blackpill: Surgeons will reject you for your lack of looks

I have seen so many people on the forum say they had bad expierences with surgeons.
Surgeons beeing bluepilled.
Not doing what you want.
Rejecting you.
Saying you look "fine".

I am starting to think surgeons will just reject you if you are ltn or below if you have truely shitty bones.
A surgeon probably knows the limitations of his techniques and doesnt want to operate on oyu knowing you go from ltn to ltn or mtn.
I truely think beeing good looking and then doing surgery, like myself, mogs beeing a truecel and trying to acend to chad.
Most surgeons like to have 1 or 2 flaws to fix on your face while they leave the rest be.

Just today I was at an ortho for my invisalign. He told me i have perfect bite (class 1) but my front teeeht and bottom teeth are to much forward, which causes my prognatism. I said hyeah that causes some of my mouth protrusion and he could reduce a little bit. Very cool guy. I showed him a morph of my surgery i do with the other surgeon cause i said not sure if that impacts his treatmeant plan. He then showed me some genios that he did and said that doing genio + rhino on me is very smart and said would improve my face a lot. Then gave me a discount on the braces cause he liked me meaning i need to pay 2k for invisalign instead of 3.

Nice job getting a discount. Fortunately I'm in America so Insurance can't deny covering a valid medical issue.

Amazingly, Lefort 1, BSSO, and SARPE/MARPE are covered by my insurance.

For all 3 in total, including orthodontics, visits, and everything total, it would cost me 15-20k. (Without insurance it would cost 75-130k)

My front teeht are to much to the front (prognatism)
I have all teeth and gaps between teeth that can be used to pull them together.
Also 2k for 12ish months of treatment is good

Shit, maybe that's the reason my ortho doesn't want to decomp me, and instead wants to do MARPE + compensation! But he is friends/ex-groupmates with Ramieri, so I have to convince him to decomp me.

I'd say a lot of them will reject you, if you hit them with hyperspecific autism. This is fairly normal practice management.

If they have a decent pratice, they do not want a patient after the surgery who is impossible to please. Some people have mental disorders, and no understanding. They may demand a soft natural look, while also wanting to look sharp and defined. These are obviously opposite goals.
