Brush your teeth twice a day using fluoride toothpaste to prevent cavities and maintain oral health. Whitening toothpaste can help with stains, but for optimal results, consider using whitening strips.

2. Flossing:

Floss daily to clean between your teeth and remove trapped food particles.

3. Tongue Scraping:

Use a tongue scraper every morning to eliminate bacteria that cause bad breath. ( The goat of getting rid of shit breath )

Mouthwash:

Rinse with non-alcoholic mouthwash for long-lasting fresh breath and additional protection against plaque and bacteria.

Clean your ears regularly to prevent wax build-up. Be gentle (even if you get that spot in your ear that feels good as fuck) and avoid cotton swabs inside the ear canal to prevent damage

1. Initial Cleanse:

Use bar soap for an initial cleanse to remove dirt and sweat.

2. Body Wash:

Follow up with a body wash applied with a body scrubber for cleansing. You should use a sulphate free version
thought the thread was mostly common knowledge but this bit of info helped, been using either soap or body wash, never thought to use one as a cleanser. you think standard soap bars like dove are good enough or are those sol brah vinegar oil soaps legit lol

2. Flossing:

Floss daily to clean between your teeth and remove trapped food particles.

3. Tongue Scraping:

Mouthwash:

Rinse with non-alcoholic mouthwash for long-lasting fresh breath and additional protection against plaque and bacteria.

Shower twice a day, morning and night. If that’s not possible, at least once a day to remove sweat, dirt, and bacteria. :forcedsmile:

2. Deoderant:

Apply deodorant after each shower. Should be basic enough for you incels :ogre:

3. Cologne:

Use cologne daily on pulse points (wrists, neck, behind the ears, inner elbows) for a long-lasting scent. Use whatever cologne tht you think smells nice (I like sweet smells bc im fruity)

4.
Shaving:

It's important to regularly shave or trim armpit and pubic hair to reduce bacteria build-up and odors. Use a trimmer like the Philips "OneBlade" for a safe and smooth shave.
( You need to shave them pubes even if not 1 human being will ever see them )

I meant the “type” of info you choosed to write is wrong not the info itself. Like there are so many threads out there about hygiene
