( After my last thread got a ton of engagement (thx to @Gengar for sticky) I decided to make another one. )

ORAL CARE:
1. Brushing:
Brush your teeth twice a day using fluoride toothpaste to prevent cavities and maintain oral health. Whitening toothpaste can help with stains, but for optimal results, consider using whitening strips.
2. Flossing:
Floss daily to clean between your teeth and remove trapped food particles.
3. Tongue Scraping:
Use a tongue scraper every morning to eliminate bacteria that cause bad breath. ( The goat of getting rid of shit breath )
4. Mouthwash:
Rinse with non-alcoholic mouthwash for long-lasting fresh breath and additional protection against plaque and bacteria.

SMELL AND BODY HYGIENE:
1. Showering:
Shower twice a day, morning and night. If that’s not possible, at least once a day to remove sweat, dirt, and bacteria.
2. Deoderant:
Apply deodorant after each shower. Should be basic enough for you incels
3. Cologne:
Use cologne daily on pulse points (wrists, neck, behind the ears, inner elbows) for a long-lasting scent. Use whatever cologne tht you think smells nice (I like sweet smells bc im fruity)
4. Shaving:
It's important to regularly shave or trim armpit and pubic hair to reduce bacteria build-up and odors. Use a trimmer like the Philips "OneBlade" for a safe and smooth shave.
( You need to shave them pubes even if not 1 human being will ever see them )

SKIN & BODY CARE:
1. Initial Cleanse:
Use bar soap for an initial cleanse to remove dirt and sweat.
2. Body Wash:
Follow up with a body wash applied with a body scrubber for cleansing. You should use a sulphate free version
3. Body Scrub:
Exfoliate once or twice a week using Body Scrub to get rid of dead skin cells and will get you smoother skin

MOISTURIZATION:
1. Shea Butter:
After showering, apply shea butter to lock in moisture and keep skin soft.
2. Body Oil:
Follow up with body oil, focusing on dry areas like elbows and knees for added hydration.
3. Lotion:
Make sure to use lotion regularly to keep your skin moisturized throughout the day. This prevents dryness and keeps skin healthy. (Keep a bottle on your nightstand)

FACE CARE:
1. Icing:
Start your skincare routine by icing your face. This helps reduce puffiness and tighten pores. ( I dont do this bc im lazy )
2. Facial cleanser:
Use CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser to clean your face without stripping its natural moisture.
3. Moisturization:
Follow up with CeraVe Moisturizing Cream to keep your skin hydrated and smooth throughout the day.

Use a sulfate-free shampoo to clean your hair without harsh chemicals that strip your hair’s natural oils.
2. Oiling Scalp:
Regularly oil your scalp with natural oils (like coconut or argan oil) to nourish and promote a healthy scalp,, which supports stronger, healthier hair.
(Don't over oil you dont wanna look greasy)
