What’s the best diet to have high energy levels/feel good/gain muscle/low inflammation. (inflammation is the bane of our health [balding and disease both physical and mental])
I’m thinking no sugar, little carbs, high protein like meat and chicken, high fat foods like butter and avocados. Are grains any good for you? Like nuts, granola bars, etc.
