Take a look at the moorish people, native of the Iberian peninsula.
They're 100% Spaniards.
Now, take a look at Dominicans.
They look VERY similar to the Spaniard Moors, one might even say that they seem WHITER than Iberian Moors themselves.
In conclusion, Dominicans (and other Caribbean Latinos) are actually whiter than Iberian themselves.
