I’m not shitting on RSM. The design was bad and he ghosted me a ton of times during the process and was super unprofessional, but I believe he means well.
The whole point of your OP was that RSM didn’t warn you about the possible nerve damage. He says he and the surgeon absolutely did. In addition, you consented to these risks in order to actually have surgery. Which, by definition means you agreed to understanding them.I’m not shitting on RSM. The design was bad and he ghosted me a ton of times during the process and was super unprofessional, but I believe he means well.
I am moreso trying to warn people of the true nature of the surgery. Implants are not a fix-all solution. There can be extreme side effects as happened to me. Your face may and probably will never feel the same again. Bimax is safer.
true.Implants are not a fix-all solution. There can be extreme side effects as happened to me.
This statement is just dishonest and you know it. Bimax is much riskier.Bimax is safer
How long ago did you have yours? How long ago was it? I had bimax and luckily had no nerve damage other than some teeth numbness that doesn’t bother me. I really hope time heals both of us but it’s looking bleak.
@chipcan you post the implant design
How is bimax riskier than implantstrue.
This statement is just dishonest and you know it. Bimax is much riskier.
Bimax is an irreversible cutting through bone, with much higher risk of infection and room for a surgeon to fuck-up, in comparison to a relatively non-invasive reversible placement of an implant. How is bimax riskier than implants
Bump i always said this nigga surgeon is full of shit@RealSurgerymax
Since the implants you designed were placed over a year ago, I have had life-altering nerve issues. I have spoken to three neurologists who say this is permanent.
There isn’t a single spot in my supraorbital or infraorbital regions on both sides that feels normal. Every spot is either numb or extremely hypersensitive, to the point where I cannot touch my face or live life in any sort of comfort. There is a feeling like bugs crawling all over my face 24/7. Gabapentin is not helping.
I don’t want to kill myself but I am on the edge and might have to. What the fuck am I supposed to do? Removal did nothing to help. Why did you not warn me of this? Why why why. I’m fucking hopeless man.

First of all... that is truly awful and it sucks you have to deal with that. Second.. I know exactly how you feel and just how awful nerve damage is because I also have it in my face. It definitely feels like bugs crawling all over or just completely numb while at the same time it still has a weird feeling. In my experience it felt like being stabbed by needles repeatedly. It takes a long time to heal and that is if you are lucky. It happened 2 years ago for me and it has improved a lot. Thank God! But I can still feel some numbness and some of that feeling whenever I sleep on the left side or just have any pressure there. Nerve damage is the worst. Some people do not heal at all. It is by the way not the fault of the implants but rather the fault of the surgeon who caused you this nerve damage. There is always a risk with surgery and nerve damage is one of those. Stay strong buddy.
Check PM.How did you get nerve damage? and where on the face
Why would u ever do this to urself@RealSurgerymax

why am i not surprised? i am so sorry about this. my cheek implants giant did on my left side which was misplaced had similar issues, painful to touch, tingly,. from the day of the surgery. it was sitting over or pressing against the infra orbital nerve under the eye and there was a lump under my eye. when i contacted giant and he basically disregarded the whole thing and that was also the side that eventually got infected and pathology showed i had a ecoli transmitted into my cheek bone during surgery.@RealSurgerymax

correct .. and looked like they were done by a 5 year old. to compare dr eppleys special design semi custom cheek implants and even a implantech standard implant looked 10 times better than what i got.Thes

fuck bro I’m sorry to hear that, I was thinking of doing saddled implants designed by Rameri during my bimax but these stories worry me. That nerve under the eye is a real pain to deal with.correct .. and looked like they were done by a 5 year old. to compare dr eppleys special design semi custom cheek implants and even a implantech standard implant looked 10 times better than what i got.
chose your "drs" wisely. not one who will take your money and left you on read until you get to a point of no return and wont take accountability for their mistakes.fuck bro I’m sorry to hear that, I was thinking of doing saddled implants designed by Rameri during my bimax but these stories worry me. I might end up just doing the bimax with a rhinoplasty instead

I’m followingdoing a thread soon
What’s stopping you from doing it todaydoing a thread soon
you need a good ethical dr who will take charge and not just do the surgery for personal gain and popularity under the instructions of a implant designer who benefits from anything and anyone.Do you mind sharing the surgeon?
I know giant collabs with a lot of surgeons, including my choice dr. Rameri.
what happened to the guy on. this thread should be scary enough as it is. i hope hes ok. and i bet he was trying to contact giant and he got nowhere. What’s stopping you from doing it today
