Underestimating body fat level - average muscle mass people

a lot of you underestimate how much fat you are carrying this applies to the one year gym goes who bulked up and now wanting to cut. When you start dieting it going well and you are losing weight each week. You have veins showing up and your face looks more chiseled as you keep losing weight and you think ok just another 5 lb more of fat loss and I’m good to go but it’s actually 10lb. When you are at that point where you are like 5lb left thats when it really began. Each lb you lose will come from the love handles and stomach fat. You have to burn the Viscural fat first before you can start blasting the fat beneath the skin

I've always had very little body fat, i looked at my old photos and i seemed to have hollow cheeks even then.

So it must be genetical.
 
Fatcels in the 200 to 300 lbs range tend to estimate that they'll be lean by around 160 to 180 lbs. In reality it's more like 125 to 145 lbs.
