Was clicking some pics today and looked way softer
ended up gaining 1-2 kg of fat in like 10
Days I think

Calculated my calories and protein it’s a bomb
330 g of protein wtf

No wonder my digestion is fucked up

Doing. 600-700 calorie cut asap to bring back razor sharp jaw

Bro I can’t catch a break I keep gaining and losing the same 5 kilos over and over

muscle and lean build is all you need
Strength gain = muscle gain
i wanna gain a good amount of mass then cut down to sub 10 again for aesthetics
