i call it the peak performance physique
its all-rounded
u need to be a htn in every athleticism aspect
u just can't be a chad at sbd (muh 1000lb club), only good for lifting and pushing things around
when push comes to shove, u need to be able to use it all
these physiques have the musculature required for aesthetic appeal to women within the ideal amounts as well as the body proportions
obviously if u lack in one aspect, lets say bidelt, u can gymcel more n work upon it (u get the idea)
if, u have a cooked frame, then its kinda over
but the basic body structure blueprint remains unchanged if u have an untrained 18"-19" bidelt under 20%b.f. to begin with
you can push past 20" and achieve this natty within 3 years time period of locking in, or at least by 5 years of little bit more than half-ass efforts
