I stopped loosing hair but it now looks very dry, im getting leaner every day and im seeing angularity that ive never seen before i wonder how much of that is water though since im not eating anything but raw sirloin, raw egg yolks and butter. Im having trouble with my sleep and some dandroof and i dont see any difference in the definition in my stomach although i do look skinnier overall. im still training around 2 to 3 times a week and hitting around 8k steps daily. i changed how i go about my cicle i just pin half a miligram when i start getting some residual hunger. so every other day. What i have noticed is that i get dizzy when i stand up veryyy often.
 
Unless you're morbidly obese, a deficit of 1500kcal is just torture and horrible for muscle and strength. You're gonna lose muscle because of the lack of nutrients + muscle growth will be halted because you aren't eating enough and you're lethargic because you eat like a 20kg foid. You'd be better off just going 1kg fat/week. It's much more enjoyable and better for gym performance.

The abs are a muscle just like anything else. Start incorporating 1-2 ab exercises to your rotation. I can personally say that leg raises twice per week, 2 sets to failure are more than enough.
