Update on heightmaxxing - Blasting aromatase inhibitors for a months now

Protocol

• Taking 2.5mg of Letrozole 2x a week, For a month now.
• 60,000 IU vitamin D once a month, equals 2000 IU a day, way below UL.
• Mirtazapine 15mg ED, almost a month

Current Stats

• 171cm (gained 1cm, maybe partially spine decompression)
• 53kg (gained 3.5kg)

Blood work

• 877ng/dL Testosterone (idk my baseline)
• 5.8 pg/mL Estradiol (idk baseline)

IGF-1 test was kinda expensive, so i skipped it.

I got joint pain which resolved after a week, Lost all sexual desire (positive thing in my opinion), classic symptoms of crushed E2. I feel my cognition take a hit (probably placebo). The best thing was increased energy (even though on a sedative, mirtazapine).

I hope I reach 178cm (about 5'10") in adult height.

Don't you feel absolutely dreadful though? When my estrogen was crashed I barely wanted to get out of bed. My joints felt like smashed glass. I felt depressed 24/7

Idk joint pain went away after i cut dose from 2.5mg ED to 2x a week, Depressed? Yeah but i added an antidepressant for this
