WARNING: This thread's gonna be a whole lot of water to anyone who's been on this site for a while.
It's basic advice, meant for greycels who're new to .org. Also, I am a grey and am not too knowledgeable myself.
So I've spent some time lurking on the Looksmaxing and Looksmaxing Questions section, and I've found that I often end up giving out the same advice to multiple people.
I decided to make a compilation of what I've found I have to repeat the most for anyone who might appreciate it. This is my first guide, any constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated
Part 1: Leanmaxxing (or twigmaxxing)
Getting lean is by far the MOST important thing you can do for your looks. This is obvious to anyone and everyone, but I keep on having to drill it into people.
As a man, you want to have an angular face, as it's more masculine dimorphic. Dimorphic is just a way of saying how masculine or feminine you are. Ideally, for the widest appeal, you'd want around 70% masculine dimorphism and 30% feminine dimorphism.
You can either get to a low body fat while building muscle, or get to a low body fat with no muscle and remain skinny. From what I've seen, they both have the same effect of giving you a leaner, more angular face. I'm going to mainly talk about losing bodyfat, not building muscle.
I wouldn't advocate for being skinny, ideally you want muscle on you to have a body halo. A halo is just a way of saying 'positive trait that increases your appeal/SMV'. For instance, being tall is a halo. Having full lips is a halo. Having a 7 inch dick is a halo. A body halo is required to actually turn most women on in bed.
If you are trying to build muscle, just know that the physique that most women find attractive is a lean, athletic build. Think Tyler Durden from Fight Club.

To get to a low body fat, you have to drill this into your mind: Calories in, calories out. It's as simple as that.
A calorie deficit is when you burn MORE calories than you eat. For instance, let's say you're a swimmer that burns 3500 calories every day. Assume that one day, you forget to eat your regular diet, and only end up eating 3000 calories.
Your deficit = Calories Burnt - Calories Consumed = 3500 calories - 3000 calories = 500 calories.
A 500 calorie deficit is roughly equivalent to burning 0.14 pounds of fat. This is because for every 3500 calorie deficit, you burn off 1 pound of fat.
To get into a calorie deficit, you should ideally
1. Do more cardio to burn more calories
2. Restrict your eating so you're consuming less calories.
For instance, let's say you burn 2000 calories everyday (including your BMR), and eat 2000 calories everyday. If you eat 200 calories less everyday and cut down to 1800calories a day, but also start going on long walks everyday (increasing your calories burnt to 22000 calories everyday), what's your deficit?
2200 - 1800 = 400 calorie deficit.
If you do this daily you'd burn ~2800 calories a week, which is around 0.8 pounds of fat every week.
I'd recommend doing this method rather than just going straight into a 400 calorie deficit without adding any activity. If you add in an activity, such as taking long walks in nature WHILE listening to a favorite podcast or audiobook of yours, you'll actually be more distracted from your hunger.
Whereas if you're rotting in your bedroom all day, you'll constantly be able to feel how hungry you are and you'd be more likely to fall into temptation.
If you cannot leave your house or do more cardio for whatever reason, and chose to starve yourself anyway - Make sure to distract yourself with something. This is crucial to make sure you don't end up binging. It could be homework, your job, studying, finding a show to watch, etc.
If you do end up deciding to go for a skinny build rather than a lean, athletic build: Make sure to TRAIN YOUR NECK.
Training your neck makes you appear more muscular than you really are and can help mask a skinny build. Not to mention that a wide neck is an important part of dimorphism.

If you're trying to build muscle, DYOR. I'm a skinny guy myself and haven't really looked into building muscle. You can do it naturally OR not naturally, your choice, I'm not your father. There's plenty of threads on how to build muscle either way. Use the search bar.
Part 2: Skinmaxxing
Skinmaxxing is key to being attractive. Having clear skin is a good health indicator - health indicator is just a feature or quality that shows how healthy you are.
For instance, having white sclera (sclera are the whites of your eyes). If you see someone with red eyes, you're going to assume they're unhealthy - probably smoking, getting no sleep, etc. White sclera give off the opposite, they signify a healthy lifestyle.
Another example is having white teeth. People with white teeth appear healther, and people with yellow teeth don't.
Who would you be attracted to? The girl with white teeth and fresh breath, or the girl that is the same in every other way but has yellow teeth and stinky fuckass breath?
The former, obviously. Health indicators are a big part of being physically attractive. There's many more examples (hair, physique, scent etc.) that prove this. Humans, for millenia, have found traits that signify reproductive fitness attractive.
So now we know the WHY of clear skin is important, now to the HOW to get clear skin:
RETINOIDS RETNIOIDS RETINOIDS
What are retinoids? They're a family of Vitamin A derivatives used to treat bad skin via increasing cell turnover.
What's cell turnover? Well, in a nutshell, your skin gets rid of old cells and replaces them with new ones on the regularly. You've probably heard about it before. For your skin, this happens about every 3-4 weeks.
So acne often starts when these dead skin cells aren't shed properly, and they mix with oil, forming plugs inside pores. When turnover increases, these dead cells are more likely to be shed rather than sticking around and fucking up your skin.
On top of that, hyperpigmentation and scarring tend to sit on the upper layers of your skin, so when you increase cell turnover, you'll end up shedding those bad boys too.
You might have heard about a purging phase when it comes to retinoids - this is true. Why so? Well, inside of your pores, acne starts off as this little clog known as a 'microcomedone'. It's a mix of dead skin n oil that hasn't reached the skin yet.
When you increase cell turnover, you basically end up bringing the material inside the pores towards the surface of your skin. You'd experience these breakouts anyway, but the products just made them come out sooner.
But since cell turnover is increased, even these pimples will be shed rather quickly. The purging phase improves after around 4-8 weeks of usage - so you have to stick through it if you want to see the gains.
However, you have to be CAREFUL. There is such a thing as overdoing it, and by doing so you can damage your skin barrier, which would lead to a lot of irritation and redness, increased oil production, more breakouts, and a bunch of other bullshit we don't want to deal with.
What would I personally recommend?
For your run of the mill normie, I'd say tretinoin 0.025% strength would be a good place to start. It's low strength, so it's not as brutal on your virgin skin as much as stronger versions.
There's other retinoids (Retinol, which is OTC, or Accutane, which is a much more 'nuclear' option). Tretinoin is usually something you need prescribed if you're living in the West, so you could get it that way, or you could buy it off of IndiaMart.

Warning: DYOR on using tretinoin or other retinoids. Especially if you have other skin conditions (prone to eczema, rosacea, etc.)
How do you use retinoids? Worry not my friends, I'll detail that too:
Week 1-2:
Start off using it 2 nights every week (Monday and Thursday) for the first two weeks.
Cleanse with a gentle cleanser (important that it's gentle), moisturize afterward. Wait for 10 minutes, maybe have a quick goon if you're feeling down for it (joke, don't actually do it - I have no clue what happens if you put leftover cum on your face with tret).
After waiting 10 minutes, you want to apply the retinoid. Use a PEA-SIZED AMOUNT FOR YOUR WHOLE FACE. Yes, for your WHOLE FACE. Like I said earlier, retinoids are strong and you want to ease into using them. Then apply moisturizer on top of that after waiting a few minutes.
The moisturizer -> retinoids -> moisturizer method is known as the 'moisturizer sandwich' method. It's good at reducing the irritation caused by using retinoids.
In the mornings, you should use a gentle cleanser, a moisturizer, and an SPF 30+ Sunscreen. The sunscreen is crucial. Retinoids make your skin much more sensitive to sun damage, and not using SPF while using them can undo your progress and make your pigmentation worse.
Week 3-4:
Same routine, IF your skin can handle it, shift to applying every other day. If not, stick to 2x a week.
Week 5-8:
Move to nightly use, only if there's minimal irritation and no stinging/burning.
You have to use this for multiple months to see results. It's slow acting.
But Daddy Shitmuncher, what if my skin becomes irritated?
Then focus on these:
- Using a better moisturizer
- Avoid over cleansing
- Keep using the moisturizer sandwhich method
If you need to, there's nothing wrong with taking 3-4 days off and restarting.
Important note: You should be using retinoids of your choice, a gentle cleanser, a moisturizer, and SPF ONLY at the start. Don't go around using shit like Salicylic acid. Just the retinoid is enough.

There's also derma-stamping. If you've been using your retinoid for like 8-12 weeks, and there's STILL shallow acne scars, fine lines, etc. Then you should look into at home microneedling or derma-stamping.
It's important you wait for 8-12 weeks of use before looking into derma-stamping. It's not a good idea to pair both up at once.

Part 3: Eye Areamaxxing
Some people think that the eye area is the most important part of the face. While I'm not here to debate whether this is true or not, the eye area is most definitely important to looking better.
There's very few PROVEN things you can do to actually ascend your eye area, at least from what I know.
Having thick, dark, and low-set eyebrows is a masculine dimorphic trait.
If you're a blondecel or gingercel or hair color lighter than black, you should be dying your eyebrows a couple shades darker than your hair.
For example, if you're ginger, dye your hair a couple shades darker orange. For instance, ogee_curve/Lucas on TikTok:
If you're blonde, ideally you want your brows to be a shade of dark brown or jet-black for contrast. For instance, Vasiliy Stepanov:

Yes, he does naturally have black hair and black eyebrows, and his hair is indeed dyed blonde in this case - but the point still stands. The lighter hair and darker eyebrows do add contrast.

Fear not young chud, I gotchu.
To increase your eyebrow thickness, you want to pair derma-stamping with topical minoxidil, or topical minoxidil just by its lonesome.
Why?
Derma-stamping stimulates your skin. It creates tiny widdle injuries, and your skin's goes 'shit, we gotta heal that motherfucker'. It boosts bloodflow and collagen to the affected area (which is why I also mentioned derma-stamping for skin), which can trigger dormant hair follicles to wake up and start doing their job.
Why pair this with minoxidil? Well, minoxidil acts as a vasodilator and brings even more bloodflow to the area where it's applied after derma-stamping. Not to mention it makes your hair follicles bigger, produces thicker hair, and prolongs the growth phase of your hairs.
Since minoxidil creates these micro-punctures in the skin, applying minoxidil after makes it actually penetrate DEEPERogre
On top of that, stamping is basically the growth signal, and minox is the shit that actually makes the hair grow. It's like looking at naked women while on cialis
Ideally, you want to derma-stamp once per week using a 0.25-0.5mm needle, and apply topical minoxidil 2-3 times per week onto your eyebrows.
Here's a guide on derma-stamping your eyebrows:
Stop when you experience mild redness. Do not go as far as making yourself bleed. Use some bland moisturizer after to soothe it a bit.
There's one very important part that this guide doesn't show, however: DISINFECTING THE STAMP
To disinfect the stamp, you want to let it sit in 70% isopropyl alcohol for one to two minutes BEFORE you use it.
After you use it, you want to rinse it in warm water AND soak it in 70% isopropyl alcohol for ~10 minutes. After that, put it back in its protective case and store in a clean, dry place.
What about minoxidil? When does that come in?
You're not going to apply it immediately after derma-stamping. Instead, you're going to wait 24 hours before applying the minoxidil. Apply minoxidil 24 hours after derma-stamping, then another 2 times in the same week whenever you feel like it. It's simple, just use a finger tip or cotton swab to lightly dab a TINY amount onto your eyebrows.
Keep in mind that you might experience a shedding phase for the first 1-2 weeks, which is totally normal.
There's also microblading and using a men-pen to fraud better eyebrows.
Micro-blading is simply a semi-permanent tattoo they put on top of your eyebrows to make them look fuller using a fine blade.
A men-pen is just makeup that you can use to fill in gaps in your eyebrows.
And that's about it for eyebrowmaxxing.
Having long, thick eyelashes can increase your feminine dimorphism - which is not a bad thing, contrary to popular belief.
If you remember what I said earlier, we want to have around 70% masculine dimorphism and 30% feminine dimorphism to appeal to the widest audience. Pushing into too masculine dimorphic can make you plain intimidating to women, pushing you into too feminine will lead to you not being taken seriously by people in life.
Lashes are a part of the 30% dimorphism we WANT. They make your eye area much more striking.
If your lashes aren't jet-black: TINT THEM BLACK IMMEDIATELY. You can find guides on how to do this online.
This might be useful:
Curling your eyelashes is important too - it makes them appear much more striking.
But did you know that curling them can improve your canthal tilt?
Let me explain.
Your canthal tilt is measured by seeing the position of your lateral canthus to your medial canthus:

If your eyelashes aren't curled, they can hide your lateral canthus:

If you curl your lashes, that exposes your lateral canthus and gives a more accurate look toward your lateral canthus. Not to mention that the upward lashes can also make your lateral canthus appear higher up than it really is, making your canthal tilt appear more positive.

Look into using peptide lash serums, Latisse, or oral/topical minoxidil on the eyelashes to grow them.
Peptide serums are the safest, yet least effective. Something like The Ordinary Lash Serum has decent reviews.
Latisse is something you need with prescription, and there are side effects (fat loss around the eyes, iris darkening, etc.)
Oral minoxidil causes systemic hair growth across your whole body (poor ass crack), which includes your eyelashes. There's side effects and it's usually prescription only, but you can just use IndiaMart again like you did for retinoids.
Topical minoxidil is very risky and not recommended. You can find guides on how to apply topical minox for eyelashes, but it's rather irritating to the actual eyes.

This is something I RARELY see talked about.
When you hold a certain facial expression over a long period of time, that becomes your resting facial expression.
Most people subconsciously have their frontalis muscle tensed up. The frontalis muscle is a muscle that you use to frown, raise your eyebrows, etc. When it's tensed up, your eyebrows are higher set on your face. And since so many people are tensing the muscle without realizing it, it's their resting facial expression, which means their eyebrows appear high-set.
It's a really easy fix, however: Just relax your frontalis muscle. It's something you're going to have to actively focus on doing for maybe a couple days at most before it actually becomes your resting facial expression.
Part 4: Jawmaxxing
Everyone knows at this point that having an angular, chiseled, jawline is key to being attractive.
There's not much to say when it comes to jawmaxxing in my opinion.
All you can really do is get lean, like step 1 says, to expose your underlying bone structure. However, it's entirely possible that you have an unideal bone structure and a narrow jaw.
If your jaw is narrow, in general, using a jaw trainer is a good idea.

I used to clech my jaw a lot, making my lower third appear shorter than what it really was. Now I relax my jaw and it makes my lower third appear taller and more masculine.
Part 5: Misc.
Flared ears are a really common flaw. They're a conventionally unattractive feature, as they make you look like a monkey JFL.
The real surgical fix for them would be an otoplasty. However, there's a fraud known as Otosticks that I rarely see talked about at all.
Your hair is another very important health indicator, which we talked about earlier. Most people use shampoos that have surfectants, harsh as fuck cleaning agents that strip your hair of its natural oils.
When you strip your hair of its natural oils, it ends up looking flat, lifeless, and dead for the entire day. I'm sure most of us can relate to this.
To fix this, switch to a sulfate-free shampoo and shampoo only on days that your hair gets greasy.
Sleep is one of the BEST looksmaxes out there, and I don't believe I even have to explain it.
When you're asleep, your body starts producing growth hormone, testosterone, and your cortisol is lower. If you don't know what these are, all you need to know is that they're each beneficial to looking more attractive.
On top of that, sleeping less can increase your hunger hormones, making you hungrier the next day, more likely to eat junk and other shit, which is NOT good for your overall attractiveness.
Make sure to get 8-9 hours of sleep every night. Ideally you should wake up and go to bed at the same times everyday.
Look into supplementing Magnesium Glycinate if you need help with falling asleep at night.
Avoid caffeine past 2PM. Have your last meal 2 hours before going to bed. No screens before bed, and everything else you've heard about sleeping good.

In the mornings, you should use a gentle cleanser, a moisturizer, and an SPF 30+ Sunscreen. The sunscreen is crucial. Retinoids make your skin much more sensitive to sun damage, and not using SPF while using them can undo your progress and make your pigmentation worse.
Week 3-4:
Same routine, IF your skin can handle it, shift to applying every other day. If not, stick to 2x a week.
Week 5-8:
Move to nightly use, only if there's minimal irritation and no stinging/burning.
You have to use this for multiple months to see results. It's slow acting.

Some people think that the eye area is the most important part of the face. While I'm not here to debate whether this is true or not, the eye area is most definitely important to looking better.
There's very few PROVEN things you can do to actually ascend your eye area, at least from what I know.
Having thick, dark, and low-set eyebrows is a masculine dimorphic trait.
If you're a blondecel or gingercel or hair color lighter than black, you should be dying your eyebrows a couple shades darker than your hair.

Why?

You're not going to apply it immediately after derma-stamping. Instead, you're going to wait 24 hours before applying the minoxidil. Apply minoxidil 24 hours after derma-stamping, then another 2 times in the same week whenever you feel like it. Keep in mind that you might experience a shedding phase for the first 1-2 weeks, which is totally normal.
There's also microblading and using a men-pen to fraud better eyebrows.

A men-pen is just makeup that you can use to fill in gaps in your eyebrows.

Having long, thick eyelashes can increase your feminine dimorphism - which is not a bad thing, contrary to popular belief.
If you remember what I said earlier, we want to have around 70% masculine dimorphism and 30% feminine dimorphism to appeal to the widest audience. Pushing into too masculine dimorphic can make you plain intimidating to women, pushing you into too feminine will lead to you not being taken seriously by people in life.
Lashes are a part of the 30% dimorphism we WANT. They make your eye area much more striking.

But did you know that curling them can improve your canthal tilt?
Let me explain.
Your canthal tilt is measured by seeing the position of your lateral canthus to your medial canthus:

Oral minoxidil causes systemic hair growth across your whole body (poor ass crack), which includes your eyelashes. There's side effects and it's usually prescription only, but you can just use IndiaMart again like you did for retinoids.
Topical minoxidil is very risky and not recommended. You can find guides on how to apply topical minox for eyelashes, but it's rather irritating to the actual eyes.

This is something I RARELY see talked about.
When you hold a certain facial expression over a long period of time, that becomes your resting facial expression.
Most people subconsciously have their frontalis muscle tensed up. The frontalis muscle is a muscle that you use to frown, raise your eyebrows, etc. When it's tensed up, your eyebrows are higher set on your face. And since so many people are tensing the muscle without realizing it, it's their resting facial expression, which means their eyebrows appear high-set.
It's a really easy fix, however: Just relax your frontalis muscle. It's something you're going to have to actively focus on doing for maybe a couple days at most before it actually becomes your resting facial expression.
Part 4: Jawmaxxing
Everyone knows at this point that having an angular, chiseled, jawline is key to being attractive.
There's not much to say when it comes to jawmaxxing in my opinion.
All you can really do is get lean, like step 1 says, to expose your underlying bone structure. However, it's entirely possible that you have an unideal bone structure and a narrow jaw.
If your jaw is narrow, in general, using a jaw trainer is a good idea.

I used to clech my jaw a lot, making my lower third appear shorter than what it really was. Now I relax my jaw and it makes my lower third appear taller and more masculine.
Part 5: Misc.
Flared ears are a really common flaw. They're a conventionally unattractive feature, as they make you look like a monkey JFL.
The real surgical fix for them would be an otoplasty. However, there's a fraud known as Otosticks that I rarely see talked about at all.
Your hair is another very important health indicator, which we talked about earlier. Most people use shampoos that have surfectants, harsh as fuck cleaning agents that strip your hair of its natural oils.
When you strip your hair of its natural oils, it ends up looking flat, lifeless, and dead for the entire day. I'm sure most of us can relate to this.
To fix this, switch to a sulfate-free shampoo and shampoo only on days that your hair gets greasy.
Sleep is one of the BEST looksmaxes out there, and I don't believe I even have to explain it.
When you're asleep, your body starts producing growth hormone, testosterone, and your cortisol is lower. If you don't know what these are, all you need to know is that they're each beneficial to looking more attractive.
On top of that, sleeping less can increase your hunger hormones, making you hungrier the next day, more likely to eat junk and other shit, which is NOT good for your overall attractiveness.
Make sure to get 8-9 hours of sleep every night. Ideally you should wake up and go to bed at the same times everyday.
Look into supplementing Magnesium Glycinate if you need help with falling asleep at night.
Avoid caffeine past 2PM. Have your last meal 2 hours before going to bed. No screens before bed, and everything else you've heard about sleeping good.

It's basic advice, meant for greycels who're new to .org. Also, I am a grey and am not too knowledgeable myself.
So I've spent some time lurking on the Looksmaxing and Looksmaxing Questions section, and I've found that I often end up giving out the same advice to multiple people.
I decided to make a compilation of what I've found I have to repeat the most for anyone who might appreciate it. This is my first guide, any constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated
Part 1: Leanmaxxing (or twigmaxxing)
Getting lean is by far the MOST important thing you can do for your looks. This is obvious to anyone and everyone, but I keep on having to drill it into people.
As a man, you want to have an angular face, as it's more masculine dimorphic. Dimorphic is just a way of saying how masculine or feminine you are. Ideally, for the widest appeal, you'd want around 70% masculine dimorphism and 30% feminine dimorphism.
You can either get to a low body fat while building muscle, or get to a low body fat with no muscle and remain skinny. From what I've seen, they both have the same effect of giving you a leaner, more angular face. I'm going to mainly talk about losing bodyfat, not building muscle.
I wouldn't advocate for being skinny, ideally you want muscle on you to have a body halo. A halo is just a way of saying 'positive trait that increases your appeal/SMV'. For instance, being tall is a halo. Having full lips is a halo. Having a 7 inch dick is a halo. A body halo is required to actually turn most women on in bed.
If you are trying to build muscle, just know that the physique that most women find attractive is a lean, athletic build. Think Tyler Durden from Fight Club.

To get to a low body fat, you have to drill this into your mind: Calories in, calories out. It's as simple as that.
A calorie deficit is when you burn MORE calories than you eat. For instance, let's say you're a swimmer that burns 3500 calories every day. Assume that one day, you forget to eat your regular diet, and only end up eating 3000 calories.
Your deficit = Calories Burnt - Calories Consumed = 3500 calories - 3000 calories = 500 calories.
A 500 calorie deficit is roughly equivalent to burning 0.14 pounds of fat. This is because for every 3500 calorie deficit, you burn off 1 pound of fat.
To get into a calorie deficit, you should ideally
1. Do more cardio to burn more calories
2. Restrict your eating so you're consuming less calories.
For instance, let's say you burn 2000 calories everyday (including your BMR), and eat 2000 calories everyday. If you eat 200 calories less everyday and cut down to 1800calories a day, but also start going on long walks everyday (increasing your calories burnt to 22000 calories everyday), what's your deficit?
2200 - 1800 = 400 calorie deficit.
If you do this daily you'd burn ~2800 calories a week, which is around 0.8 pounds of fat every week.
I'd recommend doing this method rather than just going straight into a 400 calorie deficit without adding any activity. If you add in an activity, such as taking long walks in nature WHILE listening to a favorite podcast or audiobook of yours, you'll actually be more distracted from your hunger.
Whereas if you're rotting in your bedroom all day, you'll constantly be able to feel how hungry you are and you'd be more likely to fall into temptation.
If you cannot leave your house or do more cardio for whatever reason, and chose to starve yourself anyway - Make sure to distract yourself with something. This is crucial to make sure you don't end up binging. It could be homework, your job, studying, finding a show to watch, etc.
If you do end up deciding to go for a skinny build rather than a lean, athletic build: Make sure to TRAIN YOUR NECK.
Training your neck makes you appear more muscular than you really are and can help mask a skinny build. Not to mention that a wide neck is an important part of dimorphism.

Skinmaxxing is key to being attractive. Having clear skin is a good health indicator - health indicator is just a feature or quality that shows how healthy you are.
For instance, having white sclera (sclera are the whites of your eyes). If you see someone with red eyes, you're going to assume they're unhealthy - probably smoking, getting no sleep, etc. White sclera give off the opposite, they signify a healthy lifestyle.
Another example is having white teeth. People with white teeth appear healther, and people with yellow teeth don't.
Who would you be attracted to? The girl with white teeth and fresh breath, or the girl that is the same in every other way but has yellow teeth and stinky fuckass breath?
The former, obviously. Health indicators are a big part of being physically attractive. There's many more examples (hair, physique, scent etc.) that prove this. Humans, for millenia, have found traits that signify reproductive fitness attractive.
So now we know the WHY of clear skin is important, now to the HOW to get clear skin:

What are retinoids? They're a family of Vitamin A derivatives used to treat bad skin via increasing cell turnover.
What's cell turnover? Well, in a nutshell, your skin gets rid of old cells and replaces them with new ones on the regularly. You've probably heard about it before. For your skin, this happens about every 3-4 weeks.
So acne often starts when these dead skin cells aren't shed properly, and they mix with oil, forming plugs inside pores. When turnover increases, these dead cells are more likely to be shed rather than sticking around and fucking up your skin.

It's simple, just use a finger tip or cotton swab to lightly dab a TINY amount onto your eyebrows.
Keep in mind that you might experience a shedding phase for the first 1-2 weeks, which is totally normal.
There's also microblading and using a men-pen to fraud better eyebrows.
Micro-blading is simply a semi-permanent tattoo they put on top of your eyebrows to make them look fuller using a fine blade.
A men-pen is just makeup that you can use to fill in gaps in your eyebrows.
And that's about it for eyebrowmaxxing.
Having long, thick eyelashes can increase your feminine dimorphism - which is not a bad thing, contrary to popular belief.
If you remember what I said earlier, we want to have around 70% masculine dimorphism and 30% feminine dimorphism to appeal to the widest audience. Pushing into too masculine dimorphic can make you plain intimidating to women, pushing you into too feminine will lead to you not being taken seriously by people in life.
Lashes are a part of the 30% dimorphism we WANT. They make your eye area much more striking.

But did you know that curling them can improve your canthal tilt?
Let me explain.
Your canthal tilt is measured by seeing the position of your lateral canthus to your medial canthus:

Look into using peptide lash serums, Latisse, or oral/topical minoxidil on the eyelashes to grow them.
Peptide serums are the safest, yet least effective. Something like The Ordinary Lash Serum has decent reviews.
Latisse is something you need with prescription, and there are side effects (fat loss around the eyes, iris darkening, etc.)
Oral minoxidil causes systemic hair growth across your whole body (poor ass crack), which includes your eyelashes. There's side effects and it's usually prescription only, but you can just use IndiaMart again like you did for retinoids.
Topical minoxidil is very risky and not recommended. You can find guides on how to apply topical minox for eyelashes, but it's rather irritating to the actual eyes.

This is something I RARELY see talked about.
When you hold a certain facial expression over a long period of time, that becomes your resting facial expression.
Most people subconsciously have their frontalis muscle tensed up. The frontalis muscle is a muscle that you use to frown, raise your eyebrows, etc. When it's tensed up, your eyebrows are higher set on your face. And since so many people are tensing the muscle without realizing it, it's their resting facial expression, which means their eyebrows appear high-set.
It's a really easy fix, however: Just relax your frontalis muscle. It's something you're going to have to actively focus on doing for maybe a couple days at most before it actually becomes your resting facial expression.
Part 4: Jawmaxxing
Everyone knows at this point that having an angular, chiseled, jawline is key to being attractive.
There's not much to say when it comes to jawmaxxing in my opinion.
All you can really do is get lean, like step 1 says, to expose your underlying bone structure. However, it's entirely possible that you have an unideal bone structure and a narrow jaw.
If your jaw is narrow, in general, using a jaw trainer is a good idea.

I used to clech my jaw a lot, making my lower third appear shorter than what it really was. Now I relax my jaw and it makes my lower third appear taller and more masculine.
Part 5: Misc.
Flared ears are a really common flaw. They're a conventionally unattractive feature, as they make you look like a monkey JFL.
The real surgical fix for them would be an otoplasty. However, there's a fraud known as Otosticks that I rarely see talked about at all.
Your hair is another very important health indicator, which we talked about earlier. Most people use shampoos that have surfectants, harsh as fuck cleaning agents that strip your hair of its natural oils.
When you strip your hair of its natural oils, it ends up looking flat, lifeless, and dead for the entire day. I'm sure most of us can relate to this.
To fix this, switch to a sulfate-free shampoo and shampoo only on days that your hair gets greasy.
Sleep is one of the BEST looksmaxes out there, and I don't believe I even have to explain it.
When you're asleep, your body starts producing growth hormone, testosterone, and your cortisol is lower. If you don't know what these are, all you need to know is that they're each beneficial to looking more attractive.
On top of that, sleeping less can increase your hunger hormones, making you hungrier the next day, more likely to eat junk and other shit, which is NOT good for your overall attractiveness.
Make sure to get 8-9 hours of sleep every night. Ideally you should wake up and go to bed at the same times everyday.
Look into supplementing Magnesium Glycinate if you need help with falling asleep at night.
Avoid caffeine past 2PM. Have your last meal 2 hours before going to bed. No screens before bed, and everything else you've heard about sleeping good.
