i've been a swimmer since 12 and haven't gotten less than 7 hours of sleep during majority of my puberty, still ended up as 5'5.5 @ 17 yo, doesn't do much on my end

Keep doing it man,it takes time but it's worth it.
It has changed my life quite literally and if u are gaining it very slowly try to increase the reps or use a flat surface for lying also try doing this guy's method.

Better off posting this information on a private discord to individuals who actually want to attempt it and are willing to try something new that may or may not work. Also, The machine version of this would be better because it’s more force pulling on the body also keep body in relaxed state when doing this.

Fixing posture is not the same thing as growing taller. You admit yourself this does nothing to remodel bone. Legit height increases have to involve bone remodelling, otherwise they are just posture therapy.
