u need 100kg or more to reach plastic deformation on bone

"stretching" will never make your bones taller


but some ppl are doing 100kg+ method and worked for 1.7cm
what is the 100 kg method?, do i need to tie 100 kg to the back belt (that you send on the photo) that it will pull/stretch my back?

I think it’s like PE. You keep 75% of the “growth” at first and then if you do “grow” more it’ll be more like 25% each time I have no idea tbh

Lol just lay on bed put little pillow decorative under back and pilloe bigger under knees and you will be stretched too lol and when u walk you gonna be again small max 2cm and then 1 cm down if u gonna train again 2 down

why not do deadhangs? they decompress the spine too.
