Using Hydrocortisone after rhinoplasty?

I already got rhinoplasty 7 months ago and my nose looks amazing, literally the only good thing in my face. I've been hearing lots of threads about Hydrocortisone lately, is it worth it even after the rhinoplasty? is there anything else that it does beside slimming the nose? Because my nose already got perfectly slimmed down and lots of girls complimented my nose, I don't wanna fuck it up.

Hydrocortisone's effect is temporary.
Check your Nasal Ratio's and see if the problem can be fixed with HC.

Don't use Hydrocortisone if there is nothing wrong with you're nose.
