Spam back exersizes bhai, chest supported rows, single arm lat pulldowns and put botox in your obliques to weaken them

genetics; depends on your hip width, rib cage width, chest and lat insertions as well as clavicle width.
I know a sand nigga that lifts more weight than all of us but, no matter how lean he got he's a hipcel and can't do shit about it. Not even gear will fix that.
