ive been vaping for about 2 years now and im 16, i need to know if i should quit while im young but the thing is i need a good way to quit. before i fully picked up vaping about a year ago i was mostly smoking weed everyday and i was fucking up my schoolwork so i decided to quit and js stick to vaping, but now i feel i dont know if ill be able to quit just cold turkey anymore since ive heavily relied on vaping while stressed or anxious. any tips?
