First claim is completely wrong. You’d prepare it well by having a good source of protein, like tofu, tempeh, seitan. Then having a good source of carbs. This can be through fruits, rice, oats, fortified cereals. Then fats can be gotten through nuts like almonds, walnuts, Brazilian nuts. Also through different cooking oils as well.

Even if the governments promote veganism, how does that make it bad? Governments promote lots of things, like getting more exercise in. Is that now bad?

Any proof of it spiking people’s estrogen? The research I’ve looked at show no hormonal differences. I don’t think you understand how phytoestrogens in tofu works. There’s also mammalian estrogen in cow milk.

Yeah I guess depends what you mean by essential. Like you don’t need it to survive, but it definitely has its perks. Also again, the insult doesn’t stand because I showed you research and evidence.

Also, hating on all of epidemiology is a seriously funny view. Observational studies, over years and millions of participants, is helpful. ESPECIALLY when we also have the MECHANISMS of action by which fiber will be beneficial. It’s not an anecdote, I don’t think you know what an anecdote is.

I’ve noticed less bloating and my gut health has improved since eating more vegan. Any vitamins and micros you can’t get or struggle to get can be achieved through supplementation.

spinach for example has alot of fiber that wont actually be used. instead youre just eating oxalates. melons however are extremely densely packed in useful fiber. and again, fiber isnt essential. its beneficial in some regard but if your diet is decent you wont need fiber at all.

Because humans just eat meat, red (the colour of meat) is the colour that stimulates our appitite not green, and our stomach ph is very low unlike herbivores who need a high stomach ph in order to digest plants
