The only health thing they always show bad about meat is this "processed meat has been shown to increase risk of colon cancer by 18%".

Okay and? Cigarettes increase chance for lung cancer by 220%, which is significantly higher. 18% is so low if you understand medical percentages that it shouldn't be even mentioned

Vegans seethe while all my old relatives who live in villages ate pork lard, sausage, lot of raw milk, saturated fat with saturated fat in all their life and they are doing fine in their 80s

Greger, like most of these doctors, are obviously marketing a diet. That being said, I don't eat meat because there's not a good enough reason to.
