Heart disease is because of ingesting too much saturated fat, cancer not related to unprocessed meats at all, diabetes also lol, kidney and high blood pressure is from salt, MS is from low vit D and nitric oxide
Saturated fat > unsaturated fat

But too much in a short window is bad

Isoflavones weakly interact with estrogen receptors. I don't know if they even have an estrogenic effect. Not a big enough deal to me. I don't eat tofu though, but I do drink :soy: milk.

Not how it works, saturated fat in a mild amount is ideal but you should always ingest more olive oil then saturated fat because it was foujd from studies more mono then saturated fat is much healthier

dude where did you get this information from if i can ask? like yes low vit d can be a cause of MS but its surely not the only one, its probably much more complex and the whole diet has a much bigger impact than just a single nutrient or supplement. and animal products have much saturated fat so you agree on heart disease. cancer and diabetes are very much linked to meat, i can show you other respected Medical doctors who say the same. also yes too much salt is bad i know and it can make you addiciting and overeat. nitric oxide is in green leafy plants which are very healthy.

MS is the cause of low vit D mostly cause its most common in places with less sun, but its also genetic and still we dont know the real reasons.

many people are realizing a healthy vegan diet is the best possible for health and performance so they are transitioning. im not sure about muscle building though, you can take vegan protein powder if you need. and eating more plants gives you more energy and makes you rest faster, so you can train earlier again.

Vegan is technically the healthiest but only technically, well managed omnivore diet is good as well
i agree on that. a healthy omnivore diet is for sure better than eating a lot of processed foods like mcdonalds or burger king. just maximize plant foods and limit processed foods and animal products and you will be fine.

Correct, muscles use fat for energy and when there is abundant fat in there then sugar just sits in the blood. But it isn't just animal fat tho, fat is fat in the body after getting metabolized by the liver. Either way this isn't only the cause, diabetes type 2 is more complex then this

if you look at other carnivores , theyre digestive system is very different from ours. much longer i think. also the canine teeth is not sharp at all, you coulndt kill any animal just with that teeth lol. look at lion teeth, much more sharp. i dont care about how we evolved and about the past, i just care about now and which is the optimal and healthiest diet right now. guess what , our ancestors ate meat, but they never lived old enough to develop heart disease cause they died from other reasons.

can i ask you from where you all got this information from. it seems like you studied a lot about nutrition and human biology and health (even if not everything is 100% right :ROFLMAO:). are you studying medicine or you watch some videos on youtube or read some articles or studies on internet or talking with people? i learned most stuff from guys like dr. greger, neal barnard, esselstyn, joel fuhrman, mcdougall from youtube and also looking at some articles and study.

sometimes people have diabetes but dont even realize it. you need to have symptoms until you go to doctor. also it needs quite some time to develop over years. so you wont develop diabetes from eating meat once. and like i said not every vegan is healthy. you can eat a very bad vegan diet with coca cola, french fries, vegan ice cream, oreo, potatoe chips, much oils and sweets. and on the other hand a meat eater can eat a relatively healthy diet if he includes vegetables, fruits, beans and whole grains.

Im a medical student duh, this is just common sense. There is this thing called homeostasis in your body, when you ingest fat, no matter how much it is, you muscles wont get "packed too much" cause they always use the same amount and the rest gets transported to the submucosal tissue in your body or lymph nodes as a different type of fat after getting metabolized in the liver. Glucose on the other hand is stored in the liver cells and when needed gets broken down through oxidation gets released by blood and used by muscle cells during strenuous contractions.

What causes diabetes type 2 now? Well its simply a broken homeostasis. And this can have a variety of reasons, but one of the most common is stress and cortisol. Cortisol is famous for breaking down homeostasis, and i cant be annoyed to expalin how now its way to long

TLDR: diabetes is not high blood sugar levels it's the cells resistance to insulin. Insulin resistance comes from insulin. Like everything in our body too much of something makes it resistant etc like drugs and shit etc.


Taking insulin or any drugs that lower blood sugar levels actually make diabeties worse than they already are but it's necessary to do so in the short term.

Gradually decrease the medication that lowers blood sugar levels
