I tried vegan. I felt like death and I walked around 9 months pregnant, farting all day. Almost ripped a huge fart across the entire gym doing dips. Dogshit energy, super bloated. Never again.

Carnivore gives me a ton of energy and no digestive issues.

I'd rather live to 60 and feel and look amazing than live to 100 feeling and looking like shit.

If a diet needs you to inject b12 up your ass every couple months + there is a thousand ways to do it "wrong" then that diet is most obviously a shit diet not meant for humans since it can be done wrong and fuck your health up

I used to eat a bunch of lentils and felt this way. You have to lower your fiber intake and cook the legumes properly to limit bloat.

If eating vegan and making it equal to omnivore takes you years of research, anal injections, eating dirt, farting like a cow, ordering from websites that prep vegan meals for you. Or you have to buy plants that are unavailable in your country for whatever reason = it's a shit diet in my book. Just eat eggs twice a week with vegan diet and maybe a little dairy and problem solved

If it wasnt for the fiber in legumes i would become vegan unironically cause its cheaper for me, but i can't eat shit ton of lentils and beans from the stupid fiber. Shame cause they are packed with proteins

it can be that in the first few weeks your body has to adapt to the new diet and thats why you feel like shit. your whole gut bacteria gets different if you eat whole food plant based diet. give it some time and your body will adapt.

Isoflavones weakly interact with estrogen receptors. I don't know if they even have an estrogenic effect. Not a big enough deal to me. I don't eat tofu though, but I do drink :soy: milk.

Heart disease is because of ingesting too much saturated fat, cancer not related to unprocessed meats at all, diabetes also lol, kidney and high blood pressure is from salt, MS is from low vit D and nitric oxide
